Don't worry, Banota, it's an error - the correct information is indicated in the post  So once you win the Moulin Rouge you'll get superbucks until June 3 (May 18 is the end date for the event, not for superbucks drop)

They work for events that have To Do lists, not every type event.  For example Venus Park and Wishing Flower.

Thanks to Cobi’s question, the team has discovered there is an error with these four buildings. They should be giving items for all quests. The team will have this fixed for the June update. 😊
