Knights:Clash of Heroes no longer accepting facebook payments

Not able to buy krystals. Now, I don't buy a lot, just enough to cut down the revive times as needed, but, this came as a surprise, and I had 0 krystals. Suddenly, I can't cut down revive times and I'm going to lose units.

I assume this might have something to do with the Facebook hacks that happened yesterday, but a reward of a small number of krystals just to prevent people like me from taking an unnecessary hit would be nice. Since, after all, there was no warning, and its not our fault...

Also, some sort of notification about how long this will be in effect would be nice.

  • Futurist,

Thank you for your message! First of all, could you please described the issue you're having, not your interpretation? For example: "I'm getting an error while trying to buy N qrystals, I cannot find my country in the list of mobile services providers" is a valid bug description, that actually gives an idea of what the issue might be. "Knights:Clash of Heroes no longer accepting facebook payments" a) is not true, b) sounds like a very personal conclusion based on unknown grounds, c) doesn't give any actual description of the issue, which our specialists would be able to check.

Furthermore, you are trying to report a bug and at the same time wonder why there was no warning, which doesn't sound quite logical. If the situation, which by the ways is still quite vague, was a part of the game update, it would have been announced. if it's a bug we have no idea about, how would you think we would be able to predict and warn players about in beforehand? :)

Finally, there is a set of the minimum information that we require providing by default HERE. Would be so kind as to follow those recommendations and provide us with your user id, a more thorough issue description and a screenshot if possible? We would love to help, if only you would give us something to work with.

Actually, that was a direct quote of the entire text of the message. It might be on Facebook's side, and thus, their message.

Now, I get a message, "Critical Error, Game will restart"...and when the game restarts, I get the same message...

P.S. I don't care about your "error reporting" requirements. If YOU don't care about my issues, why should I?

  • Futurist,

Please try again, everything is working now. Looks like it was a temporary issue caused by some discrepancies in the connection to Facebook servers, not by the recent release.

So far you've provided no information that can be verified or actually fixed. No details on the situation, such as the payment method you tried, the amount of qrystals you attempted to purchase, no screenshots of the Facebook error window. Neither you submitted your user id, so not only we cannot check your profile for any payment errors, but also we are unable to send you a 'reward' you mentioned earlier.

It looks as absurd as a situation when a patient comes to a doctor and says: "My belly hurts, looks like you've got an epidemy here," and refuses to let the doctor examine him or even answer the basic questions, such as if he's been stabbed in the belly or simply has eaten a lot of chili con carne recently. I'm afraid there's nothing I can do for you in this case.

This is a cut and paste of the message facebook gives when I would normally get the verification message...

No Payments on Knights: Clash of Heroes

You can't buy things on Knights: Clash of Heroes because they don't accept payments anymore. You can keep playing or try a new game.

  • Futurist,

Thank you, we'll start looking into it ASAP. Did you try to purchase qrystals with a card, by mobile or in any other way?

I have a card logged with facebook for payments through facebook. Since that is the case, I am given no other options, but taken directly to what would normally be the Facebook verification...and instead the message

No Payments on Knights: Clash of Heroes

  • Futurist, thank you for the additional information.

Nadhym Ali, what is your user id? It's located below the game screen and starts with 'fb'.

In three minutes, I lose a guardsman. Hardly a HUGE blow, but unexpected, as is the inability to do anything about it.

  • Futurist,

The payment issue has been successfully fixed, now you can purchase qrystals in the game again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and have added a guardsman and 10 qrystals to your profile as compensation. Thank you for playing Knights: Clash of Heroes!

    Thanks baskokova.
I haven't tried to buy qrystal, since now I have enough to get by. (I don't exactly trust myself to have too many, they'd burn a hole in my monitor!) lol
