Can we please have a use the game or lose the game account policy? This game
is riddled with inactive, dormant accounts, most well over 90 days. If a person
has not returned to the game in 3 months, we must assume that they have been
abducted by aliens, and taken back to their home planet!

well, I don't see where the problem is
If you don't like the inactive in-game friends that you have added in Facebook just to help them and receive help from them in the game, unfriend them in FB and you won't see them in your game friend list
And, by the way, when you do your helping rounds, those inactive guys (red square around their pic) are not given, the system automatically skips them
And, here's a bonus! If you click on the inactive friends (those with the red square) and invite them back and if they return afterwards, you will be given a prize: a chest with energy refilling potion and money!
