Tom and Bob have just arrived!
https://apps.facebook.com/super_city_game

Show your hospitality to the new families: help them move in and cool off :D
Also, Tom and Bob's house will be useful in one of the future quests, and a similar house is available in the Shop :)

Conditions and quest steps are below (yes, it's a chain!)

sure would be nice if you let one quest finish before starting another, still working on the petting zoo
You don't have to do every quest that comes out if you wish not to, you can choose to do one at a time :)

I am  at about level 100..No friends  to ask for things.  And I can usually make it halfway through these quests on my own.  Then I hit a wall when I need the things from neighboring villages..     Can anybody help with this problem, without flooding my Facebook page with strangers.

Imposible de completar en 5 dias, con solo ver que necesito 4 cosas del apartamento de lujo, que tarda 12 horas en dar ...se me van 2 dias solo con eso. La gente que tiene todo lo necesario es porque gasta dinero real para comprar .

I sure hope this one comes back when I have enough SB to buy the needed buildings! Thanks so much for posting the quest steps so we could see what we needed before starting the quest, it's very appreciated!!

Great quest! And, at least at my level, it seems very doable! So, though I'm still working on the petting zoo, I'll not complain...this time... ;) Thank you for the best city game around! You keep coming up with fun characters, interesting quests, and great items. Thank you, Devs & Artists, and thanks to moderators, too, who put up with complaints, including mine.  ;) <3 God bless all! <3

@Jesse Dylan Turack you will need to add people to your facebook to be friends in the game. You can add them to a list such as restricted list and then they wont see all of the information on your profile and wont see anything you post unless you post something public.

@babeintoyland remember that you don't have to do every quest when it comes out. If you prefer to play one quest at a time that is ok too. There is no race to hurry up and get all quests done before everyone else. Play at your own speed. :)

@PaulaMeoni the game gives you free superbucks so you can buy things in the quests that you will need such as the Lux apartments. If you don't have many of them ask your neighbors to speed up the ones you do have :)

I don't know how you all deal with these negative ninnies...for a game that is essentially free, (unless you CHOOSE to buy SB of your own volition), it has given me hours of relaxation and enjoyment.  The only thing that aggravates me is the negativity I see on the boards.  There isn't an issue with doing these two quests at the same time, as I have yet to have an item appear in both spots yet.  I don't know how you all bite your tongue so much over there in playkot.  I am not that far along into the game, around 74 I think, and I just keep working at things slowly...this is not a race...it's a game people...don't like it...leave...love it stay...and just enjoy yourselves.  Jeesh people take things far too seriously.
@Kristin Schumacher Glad to hear that you enjoy the game. All of us on the Playkot team work very hard for our players ;)

I agree but it states that this house may help with future quests so if you don't do this one you will miss out on another quest.
@AndrewYates, this new quest isn't very hard actually and only 6 steps to it, look at the quest steps and plan ahead. You have 6 days left of the petting zoo, so you could perhaps finish this one quickly then still have the days left to finish the Petting zoo quest. Give it a try, if you can't do it then that is ok too, perhaps someday it will repeat again :)

Is there ever a chance to pick up where you left off if you don't finish a quest like this one?  I can never seem to finish a single one and would hope it would come around a second time and not make me start all over.  If this is the case, I might as well not waste my time doing any of the quests which would ultimately lead to  not playing anymore :(

Hey, I do agree with you, I'm very much enjoying the game and don't come out to read comments as much because people have the various opinion. To someone with higher level, like the above comment, it seems that they have a higher level, should have been easy for them to complete the task, or multiple tasks at the same time without difficulty, unlike a lower level people might be struggling to do multiple tasks, however, I do multiple tasks all the time. Keep playing, I love this game.

Hey Janet, for something like super stories, i found that most of the time I couldn't finish it and when one I a blue moon it came back to me, it was actually there when I was last stopped (I think), and that was very helpful, because I can never finish it if I have to start over, especially where there is stuff to pick up once a day and you can only have 1 of it in your town

I enjoy playing this game but i don't like the fact that some of the places quest items come from are from buildings you need to buy (SB) for so i will never get a quest done but hey ho will keep playing

no there is not if you don't complete a quest and if it is ever offered again, you will start all over again.

I realise that it can be overwhelming for people to manage two or more live event quests at once, esp if you are lowly levelled, but really it's not all that different from playing three or four quest line missions at once plus what this current six-stage event demands of players is really quite basic in regards to farming items.
Just chill and coast thru it. It should be no harder than the greek maisonette quest we had recently.

  • Thanks Jenn.  <3

Pour encourager les autres I'd just like to add that I just finished these relatively simple six quests a few minutes ago. I started them all early yesterday and didn't have to babysit the game all throughout that time in order to farm the required reqs. I popped in for half an hour's gametime each stage, used about fifteen cash in total to speed up plots and spent another thirteen cash on an American House to go with this one in the quieter top left suburb of my main map (where I also house Slim & Eyoncé's "villa estates" if you will, lol).

I save my cash from my three casinos, the Astrologer's Home, the five day cash drop and the rare Mayor's Residence drops for these kinds of buildings that cost actual cash as well as using it for speeding me thru missions of buildings I really wish to gain as well as decos I like. For contingencies, I will not start any quest line unless I have over one hundred cash just in case I run out of time. I also love my trees and I believe any successful looking map needs alot of verdancy as well as shrubbery, fencing and flowers to mask the edges of buildings so they look more natural and also look individual if at all possible.

I would like to see the Beach House available for cash as well as the Garlands house as I can never save up enough seasonal currency to buy one of each building which ends up costing me in respective missions. I'd also like to add that the pop up that shows up when you are in build mode saying this or that plot is so much money is very restrictive and cancels you out of build mode. When one is building one has ideas in-mind and being diverted can ruin any plans one might have. Just a suggestion. Perhaps that popup can be disabled as it really is  a known given to a player of five years or more.

Anyways thanks for the game. As one player said earlier, games are for the playing ergo for the enjoying. God forbid if that fun we seek gets stymied. Guilty as charged sometimes.

  • addendum: Had to add this image seeing I had mentioned the greek maisonette earlier (very similar to the one that my family has on Siphnos in the Kiklades Islands). One can just see how POPular this maisonette or σπίτι (spíti) is. The tourists are flocking to my City just to surround my brand new σπίτι, hah!

  • It took me four days to get 9 or 13 icicles.  this is just not right, so I had to use 26 green bucks just to finish a game I had everything for four days ago.  On top of that I have not had any thing good in Bingo in Weeks.  :# :# :# :#
