List of upgrade materials?

Has anyone composed a list of what materials are needed for each upgrade in the arsenal? I can't seem to find any information beyond in game when the upgrade is available.

This would be useful to those of us trying to plan out an upgrade strategy.

    At these point in time, it would be pointless to compose a list of upgrade materials. The game's recipe of upgrade materials are constantly being revised so even if anyone attempt to create one, their works will become absolete when the next revision comes and there is no way of counter-checking recipe of upgrades that they have already finished without restarting a new game which is not that desirable since revision will only ruin it again.
